Dan Owolabi

Dan Owolabi

Dan Owolabi has always believed that the greatest leaders are servants first. That’s why he has made it his mission to help others achieve exceptional results by leading from a mindset of serving.

Drawing upon his talent for storytelling and his passion for connecting with others, Dan has spent the past 15 years working to empower those around him. For nearly a decade, he served as a public school teacher and pastor in Northeast Ohio. The work, while demanding, was incredibly rewarding—so in 2017, Dan decided to take his passion for developing leaders to a wider audience.

His immediate success and subsequent speaking invitations eventually led Dan to start a company dedicated to training and inspiring leaders around the country. By guiding them to build stronger relationships, he has been able to share his fiercely held principle that leadership isn’t a status you get, but a service you give.

Now, Dan continues using his expertise to inspire fellow leaders on a national scale as well as within his own community. In 2018, he also accepted the executive director position at Branches Worldwide, an innovative nonprofit aiming to impact 30 leaders in 30 countries for 30 years.

Throughout it all, Dan remains committed to looking inward as well as outward, continually pushing himself to embody the beliefs he so passionately shares with others. And while he has helped thousands of business executives, educators, athletes, and young adults to lead more effectively, he is the first to recognize that his own most important leadership responsibility remains to his wife Erica and their two daughters.

Dan holds an undergraduate degree from Malone University and a graduate degree from Ashland University. When he isn’t traveling or speaking, he is most often reading, running, and spending time with his family.
